What is collected, why it is collected, and who else ever sees it.

The short version
We collect what is needed to read your chart and to send you what you paid for, and nothing else. Nothing is sold to anybody. There is no advertising list, and no data broker involved.
What is collected
To do a reading: your name, your date of birth, your time of birth and your place of birth. Astrology does not work without these, which is why they are asked for.
To reach you: your WhatsApp number, and an email address if you give one.
To take payment: the payment screenshot you send, and the amount. UPI PINs and bank credentials never reach us — those stay inside your own payment app.
What you tell us: whatever you choose to say about your situation, in a message or during a reading.
How it is used
To cast and read your chart, to hold your appointment, to send you the notes afterwards, and to keep a record of what was discussed so that the next time you write we are not starting from zero.
We do not use your birth details or anything you told us to target advertising at you.
Who else sees it
WhatsApp (Meta) — the conversation itself lives there, under their own privacy terms.
Cloudflare — serves the website and sees standard request information.
Nobody else. Your details are never sold, rented or traded.
Notes from your reading
A short written summary of what was discussed is kept, so that next time we can pick up where we left off rather than starting from zero. Calls are not recorded and no audio is stored.
The website
Traffic is measured in aggregate — how many people came, which pages they read — without cookies that follow you around the internet. There is no advertising tracker on this site.
How long it is kept
Client records and reading notes are kept while you are a client and for three years after your last reading, since people often come back years later. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent at any time.
Message 93891 75569 on WhatsApp and it will be handled. There is no form to fill in.
Children
This site is not for under-18s and we do not knowingly hold their data. Where a parent asks for a child’s chart to be read, the parent is responsible for that request.
Security, honestly stated
Access is limited to Shivani, devices are passcode-locked and accounts use two-factor authentication. No small business can promise perfect security, and this page will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong, affected clients will be told.
