Who you are dealing with

This site is run by Prabhu Kripa Jyothish Kendra, a sole proprietorship owned by Shivani Shreeraaj. When this page says “I” or “we”, it means that business. When it says “you”, it means anyone booking a reading or buying something here.

You can reach us on WhatsApp at 93891 75569. That is the only route in, and the one she actually watches. There is no phone line to ring.

What is being sold

Astrological and tarot consultations, delivered over phone or video call, plus written reports and physical items such as malas, yantras and crystals.

Consultations are conducted in Hindi. Please do not book expecting a reading in another language.

Fees and payment

The fee for each service is shown on the Services page. Payment is taken in advance by UPI, PhonePe or Google Pay, using a QR code sent on WhatsApp. Please send a screenshot once you have paid.

Prices are in Indian rupees. Where GST applies it will be shown separately on the invoice; where the business is not registered for GST, no GST is charged or collected.

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling is free. Just tell us at least 3 hours before your appointment, so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Bookings cannot be cancelled. The fee is taken in advance and is not refundable.

If Shivani has to cancel or move an appointment, you choose: a new time, or a full refund.

What a reading is, and is not

Astrology and tarot are traditional practices. Readings are offered for guidance and reflection. No outcome is guaranteed and no result is promised.

A reading is not a substitute for professional advice. It is not medical, legal, psychiatric or financial advice, and it must not be used in place of a doctor, lawyer, accountant or licensed adviser. If you need one of those, please see one.

You are responsible for the decisions you make. Nothing said in a reading transfers that responsibility to us.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book a reading or buy from this site. Readings about a third party — a partner, a child, a family member — are given at your request and on your responsibility.

Conduct

Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour ends the session immediately and without a refund. This has almost never been needed, and it is here so the rule exists.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when they last were. Indian law governs them, and the courts of the district where the business is registered have jurisdiction.
